After years of working away from home, Executive Chef Jake Burgess, formerly of Prime 47 and Sensu is coming back to Fortville to cook the food he loves.
College roommates and industry professionals, Jake Burgess and Toby Shelton are bringing personalized service, mouth-watering dishes, and a fun atmosphere to Fortville. The former Georgetowner is being transformed into FoxGardin Kitchen and Ale. A local pub that focuses on utilizing local ingredients in everyday "pubfare." Executive Chef Jake Burgess is bringing over 15 years of hospitality experience into this "shotgun style" restaurant. While focused on the food, FoxGardin will not shy away from the Indiana Beer and Cocktails that always get the good times rolling.
